Auction Rules

No Parking on site – locate parking on the street or in designated areas by the on-site manager.

Sign-in at office – ID may be required. All persons must register to attend and / or participate in the sale. A valid address and phone number is required. Unless you have a current resale license number on file with the Auctioneer you will pay all applicable sales tax. No one under the age of 18 is allowed at the auction unless accompanied by an adult.

Listen to the Auctioneer for his rules and announcements.

All purchases and deposits are paid by CASH or Cashier's Check immediately after the sale or upon demand otherwise the unit will be resold.

Deposit amounts are at the discretion of the Auctioneer and or Manager and the amount may be set anytime before or after the unit is sold. These deposits are refundable as long as all conditions set forth are followed:

1. Remove all items from premises by close of business the following day unless other arrangements are made with the Manager. Anything not removed in the time allotted is considered abandoned and will be disposed of as the Manager deems appropriate.
2. Return all personal papers, photos, identifications and other personal items in the unit to the Manager. Identify boxes with the unit number.
3. Do NOT use dumpsters without permission from Manager.
4. Notify Manager of any firearms, drugs or illegal items immediately.

All units are sold “as-is, where-is”. No warranties are implied or expressed as to fitness, salability or conditions. “Buyer beware, buy at your own risk”.

Do not touch anything in the unit or enter the unit. Violation may result in expulsion from the auction.

The Manager has the right to withdraw a unit from the sale at any time for any reason. The Manager or owner’s representative, at the direction of their corporate office, reserves the right to bid on any unit.

The owner of the contents has the right to redeem the unit prior to the auction and until it is “SOLD” by the Auctioneer.

No smoking anywhere within the Storage Center at anytime.

The winning bidder may remove items from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday – Saturday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday unless other arrangements are made with the Manager.

Please remember that we have a free electronic (e-Waste) recycling program. Just bring any electrical items you do not want to the designated area across from the office. You may use the e-Waste recycling drop-off even if you are buying units at other storage locations.
